Fitness Center: State of the Art equipment, free hand weights, Cable T.V., restrooms, water fountain are all included in our new 24 hour fitness center.

Playground/Park: A nice place for the children to play. Includes 2 swings and a small slide. Each year, the Easter Bunny hides eggs in the park for the LaMaison Easter Egg Hunt. We also use this area for Resident BBQ's.

Pool Area: Completely renovated in 2004, elevated sun deck and excellent maintenance assure your family of a summer of pool fun.
